A Day in Oxnard

Tom and I were married at the Embassy Suites almost 20 years ago. I have been taking the kids there for beach days ever since they were born. It's one of our favorite things to do and I try to go once to start the summer with just them. It's kind of a chance going towards Ventura but yesterday was truly one of our top 5 "perfect" weather days. We love the leisurely drive out there and then our relaxed, sleepy drive home enjoying ice cream and Starbucks. It was a great start to summer (next to last weekend with my hubby).
